MyVet Appointments — online booking with two-way Teleos sync
MyVet · Appointments — from the team behind MyPet

Your clients want to book at 9pm — not wait on hold at 9am.

MyVet Appointments is online booking built for independent practices. Clients pick a real slot from your diary whenever it suits them, get a confirmation by text, and the appointment writes straight into Teleos — no retyping, no double bookings.

Live now, with two-way Teleos sync · practices are taking bookings within a week · no obligation, no pushy sales calls

The phone is running your practice.

Reception spends the morning on the phone instead of with the people standing at the desk.
Every booking gets keyed in twice — once while the client talks, once into the diary.
The client who wanted to ring at 7pm doesn't ring back at 9am.
No-shows leave holes in the day that nobody has time to fill.

MyVet Appointments takes the routine bookings off the phone — clients book themselves against your real availability, and it lands in your Teleos diary the moment they confirm.

The payoff

Quieter phones, fuller diary, fewer no-shows

Reception gets its morning back

Routine bookings, rebooks and changes handle themselves, so your team can look after the clients actually in the building.

Clients book when it suits them

Evenings, weekends, the school run. They see genuine free slots and pick one — no hold music, no callback, no waiting until Monday.

Fewer people forget

A confirmation the second they book, then reminders before the appointment — so the slot you gave them is the slot they turn up for.

A guided look

See it work, from setup to the slot in your diary

Five steps: two you do once, three that then happen without you. Click through at your own pace — or see a real one, where Hawthorn Vets take their bookings.

Step 1 of 5

Set up your templates

Say what a client is allowed to book: consult types, how long each one takes, which vets and rooms can take it, and which ones you'd rather keep on the phone.

You decide what goes online
Step 2 of 5

Set up your notifications

Choose what gets sent and when — the confirmation on booking, a reminder the day before, another a couple of hours out. Set it once and it runs on every booking after that.

Set up once, then it's automatic
Step 3 of 5

Your client books the appointment

They open your booking page on their phone, see the slots that are genuinely free, and take one. At 9pm on a Sunday if that's when they got round to it.

Nothing to download
Step 4 of 5

They get a confirmation straight away

A text lands the second they confirm — pet's name, date, time, vet and where to come — with a link to change it if they need to, instead of ringing you.

Written in your practice's name
Step 5 of 5

And it's already in your diary

The appointment writes itself into Teleos while the client is still on the confirmation screen. Nobody keys it in, and the slot closes everywhere at once.

The integration

It talks to Teleos, both ways.

Your Teleos diary decides what a client can see. Their booking writes back into Teleos. One diary, kept in step by the software instead of by somebody retyping it at the desk.

Teleos is the first practice management system we've integrated. On a different PMS? Tell us which one when you book a demo — it helps us decide what we build next.

1Teleos availability sets the slots clients are offered
2The client picks one and confirms
3The appointment writes back into your Teleos diary
4Changes and cancellations flow the same way, either direction
What you get

Built around how a reception desk actually runs

Not a booking widget bolted onto your website — the rules, the reminders and the diary all in one place.

Booking round the clock

Your booking page is open when you're not. Evenings, weekends and bank holidays fill the diary without anybody answering a phone.

Two-way Teleos sync

Availability comes out of Teleos, bookings go back into it. No second diary to reconcile and no double bookings.

Your appointment types, your rules

Set the length, the vets and the rooms for each consult type — and keep the ones that need a conversation off the booking page entirely.

Confirmations and reminders

SMS and email, sent automatically — a confirmation on booking and reminders before the appointment, in your practice's name.

Works on the phone in their hand

A web page, not an app. Nothing for the client to download, sign up for, or forget the password to.

Appointments FAQs

Which practice management systems does it work with?

Teleos, with a two-way sync — availability comes out of your Teleos diary and bookings write back into it. It's the first PMS we've integrated. If you're on something else, tell us which when you book a demo; it's how we choose what to build next.

Do we have to let clients book anything they like?

No. You choose which appointment types appear online and which stay on the phone, how long each one runs, and which vets, nurses or rooms can take them. Anything you don't put online simply isn't offered.

Can it double-book us?

No. Clients are only ever shown slots that are genuinely free in your diary, and the slot closes the moment it's taken — in MyVet and in Teleos at the same time.

Do clients need to download an app or create an account?

No. Your booking page opens in the browser on whatever phone or laptop they already have.

What happens if a client needs to cancel or move an appointment?

Every confirmation carries a link to change or cancel, so it doesn't come through reception. The change flows into your diary the same way the original booking did — and the freed slot goes back on offer.

How do the text messages work?

Confirmations and reminders are sent as SMS in your practice's name, and texts are bought in bundles rather than billed per message. We'll go through the numbers for the volume you actually send when we talk — it's not the part of this that should be a surprise.

What web address do clients book at?

You get your own — practicename.mypethq.io — ready to link from your website, your Google listing or a text. If you'd rather it sat on your own domain, it can: point a record at us in your DNS and clients see your address instead of ours.

How long does setup take?

Around a week. We connect Teleos, set your appointment types and notifications up with you, and you go live when you're happy with what clients will see — not before.

Do we have to use the rest of MyVet?

No. Appointments works on its own. It gets better if you're using MyVet Connect or MyPet microchip registration alongside it, because the pet's record and its appointments sit together — but you don't need any of that to start.
