We use Mixpanel as our primary product analytics provider. Mixpanel uses persistent identifiers (which may be stored as cookies or in your browser’s local storage) to recognise returning users across sessions. Where these identifiers are set, they will appear in the table above as they are loaded on your visit. Event data sent to Mixpanel is processed on infrastructure located in the United States, under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy (the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback).

We retain Mixpanel data for up to 7 years so that our support team can investigate historical issues that customers raise with us.
