I Can’t Find A Batch / Box Number On MyVet. What Can I Do?

We’ve made it super easy within the platform to let us know if a batch or a box number is missing.

First head to the Add microchips page on MyVet. You will see a button called “Can’t find batch or box number?” Click that button!

 

Next you’ll see a pop up. Type in the missing batch and box number plus any message you’d like.

 

You’re all done. We will be back to you within 4 hours! If you need anything urgent call us on 028 96 223 001.
