Users can now add pet health notes to their pet’s profile within the Pet Wellness Hub. A pet owner can add updated notes over a period of time allowing them to add multiple entries in case of any changes or updates with their pet.
Lost Pet Posters
Available for users on protected and pampered plan
You can now create a PDF poster for printing if your pet goes missing. This gives pet owners on our protected and pampered plans more help than ever if their pet goes missing!
You can add a location, and additional details to your lost pet poster to give viewers as much information as possible. Your lost pet poster has a QR code to your lost pet’s profile so your details are always protected behind MyPet Safe Call.
Postcode Entry
Available for all users
Postcode entry and display is now Capital letters by default throughout the platform
Buy Microchips
Available for Implanters, Rescues, Breeders and Pet Professionals
You can now purchase microchips directly in app, making it easier to access everything in one place.
New messaging for rehomed pets
Available for Rescues
As a Rescue if you go into a pet’s profile that has been rehomed, actions that wouldn’t work have been removed and we display a new message letting you know the pet has been rehomed.
