If you can’t find a microchip that you have on MyVet we can help with that.
On the microchip screen within MyVet search the microchip number your looking for. A button will appear if MyVet: “Can’t find chip?” Click that button!
A pop up will then appear asking for the chip number, pop it in and we’ll look into it. We aim to answer all queries within 4 hours! If you need us urgently give us a call: 0800 368 4150
