- Pet professionals can now view critical medical notes directly within the microchip search results. This ensures that when a lost pet is found, their specific medical needs are known immediately.
Recording Part Payments
You can now record partial payments on appointments, giving you the flexibility to handle deposits or staggered payments without the headache.

Insurance claims
You can now mark an appointment as “Paid via Insurance Claim.” This small toggle will make a big difference for your reporting. We’ll be adding more to this new feature over the coming weeks.
Inventory management
You can now manually increase or decrease stock levels to account for stock takes, expired products, or unexpected wastage.
Why it matters: More accurate reporting and fewer “out of stock” surprises during busy shifts.

- The Pet Summary UI has been refreshed for a more modern and user-friendly experience.
- Registration history and microchip search features have been redesigned for greater clarity and ease of use.
- When adding services and inventory you no longer need to click add making it quicker to add data into appointments

We’ve improved the customer look up in Connect to allow team members to search by name or number when texting someone new!
Small bugs and enhancements
- Reliable Addresses: Fixed an issue with the MyVet address lookup to ensure data accuracy.
- No More Typos: Disabled “Auto-correct” on specific technical fields where it was causing more harm than help.
- Clean Data: All name fields now automatically capitalize the first letter—because “Buddy” deserves a capital B.
- Stock Logic: Resolved a bug where you had to scroll to find inventory “Out of Stock.”
