MyVet Connect #
We released our beta version of MyVet Connect. MyVet Connect is a new tool allowing Veterinary teams to communicate with their customers within MyVet. Our initial release allows a MyVet user to get a new number which can be used for SMS texts. This means MyVet customers can text their customers, and receive texts from their customers. MyVet users will be able to provide us with an upload of their customers and pets and when they’re texting a user they can get full context on the customer and previous conversations.
Using MyVet Connect
A new tab exists on MyVet called Connect. This tab allow our users to access Connect. To get a Connect account set up please reach out to your account manager or support@mypethq.io. (Existing customers can get 2 months of access with up to 500 SMS sends per month free of charge during our beta) We’d love your feedback.
Once your access is set up clicking on Connect will bring you to your new MyVet Connect page. From here you can see all your conversations, initiate an SMS conversation and see context on your customer if they’re in your customers list. In the image below you can see a conversation initiated with Harry Potter. In the right hand panel you can see context on the customer and their pets. In the left Panel you can see all the text messages sent and received. From there you can send an SMS to the pet owner via a template or enter your own text as shown below.

When I click send the message will send. You will also see when that user replies as shown below:
