No more phantom tag scans
We’ve taught the system to tell a real scan from a passing bot or a link preview. So you’ll only get a “your tag was scanned” alert when someone genuinely checks your pet’s tag — fewer false alarms, more peace of mind.
Know which pet at a glance
New Keeper transfer emails — including the reminders — now show the microchip number right next to your pet’s name. When a transfer request lands, you’ll know exactly which pet it’s about. We’ve freshened up the look of these emails too.
Small bugs and enhancements
- Smoothed out a few hiccups when updating a registration — you can now change an email address even when the mobile number stays the same, and the “email failed” flag clears properly once a new address is added.
- Stopped duplicate confirmation reminder emails from stacking up — confirm once and the rest tidy themselves away.
- Fixed an error that could pop up when transferring a microchip that didn’t have an owner attached yet.
- Tidied up a glitch when tapping Cancel on a membership that was already set to cancel.
