How do Lost Pet Links work?
In one click you create a shareable webpage for a missing pet — with the last-seen location, a photo, your details, emergency contacts and vet details, all in one organised place. Post it on social media or text it to neighbours. Every link includes MyPet SafeCall, so finders reach you on a private number, and you can switch it off once your pet's home.
How do notifications work?
If your pet's microchip is searched on any UK Defra-compliant database, we email you instantly — so you often know before anyone even calls.
What's premium support all about?
Your support ticket is marked high priority and goes straight to our senior (Level 2) team — rather than the Help Centre and Level 1 team you get on Basic.
How do vet and additional contacts work?
Add your vet so a finder can reach them in an emergency, plus up to 5 additional contacts — partner, kids, grandparents, the dog daycare — for us or a finder to try if we can't reach you. Only authorised users (vets, rescues, dog wardens) ever see these details, and we run a 24/7 line if your pet goes missing.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop back to a free MyPet Basic profile. Your pet's record stays active and searchable, but the extras — additional contacts, vet details, photos and notifications — switch off.
