The MyPet microchipping solution is brilliant. It’s much easier to register a pet’s microchip details and much easier for pet owners to access their microchip account. The MyPet team provide a really high level of service.
Conor contacted me during lockdown and at the time we were very happy with our microchip company as it had features that helped us massively ie registering litters of pups quickly without having to re enter all details over and over again. Conor took this information from me and was able to add this feature to MyPet and contacted me again.
I was happy to switch microchips for this reason and so happy we did. I have had nothing but support from the MyPet team during our transition.
Staff are lovely, always get our micro-chips on time and website is very easy to navigate. The wee micro-chip cards are amazing no filling out a big form, just scan the barcode on your phone and you are were you need to be.
