How do I use the code?
You don't need to type it — every button on this page carries the code, so it's applied when you land on the plans page. Check the discounted price is showing before you confirm; if it isn't, enter FB50 in the discount field. Nothing is charged during the free trial either way.
Does one plan cover all my pets?
Yes — Protected and Pampered cover every pet in your household under a single plan, so there's nothing extra to pay per animal. Two pets on Pampered with this code works out at £8 each for the year.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is taken during the 7 days. If you stay, you're charged the discounted price shown above. If you cancel before day 7, you're charged nothing and your pet's record stays exactly as it is — free, and yours.
Can I cancel any time?
Any time. There's no lock-in, and cancelling never touches your pet's core record — updates and transfers stay free for life whatever you decide.
